Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek believes that his side's away goal from the first leg of their Europa League semi-final tie against Eintracht Frankfurt will stand the Blues in good stead on Thursday night.

The first leg of the tie in Germany at the Commerzbank-Arena ended in a 1-1 draw, with Pedro grabbing the crucial away goal for the Pensioners.

While praising the atmosphere that was on offer at Eintracht Frankfurt's ground last week, the Chelsea academy recruit insisted that it was a good goal to get.

And now the 23-year-old insists that if his team stay focused on the job in hand at Stamford Bridge they can obviously do well.

"I am really looking forward to it", Loftus-Cheek told his club's official website.

"The atmosphere at their stadium was magnificent but to take it back to the Bridge with an away goal puts us in good stead.

"We have to be focused and I am sure we will do well."

The scenario, as it stands means that Chelsea can go through to the final if they hold their opponents to a goalless draw.

Chelsea's London rivals Arsenal are also well placed to go through after having beaten their opponents Valencia 3-1 in the first leg of the other semi-final tie.

As such, the two London rivals could lock horns in the final.
