Sampdoria have dropped a big hint that Arsenal target Dennis Praet and Tottenham Hotspur linked Joachim Andersen could be on the move in the rapidly approaching summer transfer window.

The Italian outfit have seen the pair linked with a move away from the club in the summer.

Arsenal have stepped up their interest in Praet during recent weeks, while Tottenham have been closely following Andersen since last summer; the Dane is considered to be a potential replacement for Toby Alderweireld.

And Sampdoria have hinted that Praet and Andersen could leave by picking out two replacements.

According to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, Marco Giampolo has turned his attention to Morten Thorsby of Heerenveen and Julian Chabot of Groningen in a double raid on the Eredivisie.

And it has been claimed that Sampdoria are now open to the idea of letting go of both Praet and Andersen, amidst interest from the Premier League, after identifying their replacements.

Sampdoria have slapped a €25m asking price on Praet, owing to the interest from Arsenal and Inter, while Andersen would also not come cheap for Spurs, especially considering the interest in him.

Both Praet and Andersen have been locked down to contracts expiring in the summer of 2021 and 2022, respectively, at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

It remains to be seen if Sampdoria do sell the pair, but identifying replacements ensures the club are ready to deal with their departures.
