West Ham United have cooled their interest in Premier League linked Ivan Perisic, but the Inter winger remains keen on a dream switch to England.

Perisic, who was linked with a move to Arsenal in January, was forced to remain in Italy after the Gunners failed to strike a deal with Inter.

Despite the interest from Arsenal, Perisic has also been linked with two other London-based clubs in West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur, ahead of the summer.

However, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham have now cooled their interest in Perisic after opting to take a backseat in the chase for the winger.

Perisic could even see out the summer in Milan, with Inter not ready to consider dealing unless €35m is offered.

And although Perisic remains keen on securing his dream move to the Premier League, none of the English clubs have yet made contact with Inter in the hope of striking a deal.

There remains much time for the situation to change however.

The potential arrival of Antonio Conte at the helm could also see Inter more minded to keep hold of Perisic.

Perisic has directly contributed to 17 goals in all competitions this term.

The 30-year-old has a contract with Inter that runs until the summer of 2022.
