Inter are not convinced about making a move for West Ham target Duvan Zapata this summer, it has been claimed.

The Atalanta striker has attracted the attention of several clubs following a solid season in Italy, where he has scored 27 goals in all competitions.

West Ham wanted to sign him in the winter window and are very much on his trail going into the summer transfer window.

Zapata has also been on the radar of several top Serie A clubs and Inter are claimed to be one of the clubs who have been considering taking him to the San Siro.

But according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are not convinced about signing the striker because of the kind of money he would cost.

Atalanta have reportedly slapped a €50m price tag on Zapata and are set on not letting go for less than €40m this summer.

Despite the interest in the Colombian, Inter do not believe the Colombian is worth that much and they do not want to fork out such a fee for him.

West Ham have been keen on him and do have the financial muscle to meet Atalanta’s demands this summer, if they choose to do so.
