Liverpool are interested in signing Italy Under-17 forward Sebastiano Esposito but the youngster is set to continue at Inter.

One of the brightest young talents in the Inter academy, the striker has been attracting the prying eyes of top European clubs with his performances in youth football.

The 16-year-old has 22 goals to his name this season for Inter’s academy teams and has also netted 14 times in 19 appearances for the Italy Under-17 national team.

Paris Saint-Germain have shown an interest in getting their hands on him and Esposito has also emerged as a target for Premier League giants for Liverpool.

But his family want him to stay at Inter and, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, he is likely to continue at the club.

He is under contract until 2021 and Inter are not fearful of losing him this summer, despite interest from top clubs.

The player and his entourage see his future at Inter and for the moment they do not  want him to leave the club.

However, if he continues to impress at Inter, more clubs are expected to take note of his talent going forward.
