Tottenham Hotspur are not out of the transfer chase to sign Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, who is also a target for Manchester City and Manchester United.

The 22-year-old midfielder is likely to leave Lyon this summer and several clubs are interested in snapping him up in the coming months.

Paris Saint-Germain have identified him as a key target and they have been in touch with the representatives of the midfielder over a move in the transfer window.

But Ndombele has several suitors in the Premier League as well, with Tottenham keeping tabs on his development since last summer.

And according to French sports daily L’Equipe, Spurs have not been ruled out as a possible destination for the midfielder ahead of next season.

Chairman Daniel Levy is prepared to back Mauricio Pochettino this summer and Ndombele has been on Mauricio Pochettino’s wish list for some time.

However, they will face stiff competition from Manchester United and Manchester City, who are both in the race to sign the Frenchman.

But Ndombele’s move to Old Trafford will largely depend on whether Paul Pogba will leave Manchester United this summer.

Manchester City have also been eyeing him for some time and have re-emerged as suitors for Ndombele, alongside Italian champions Juventus, who have already offered him a contract.
