Saint-Etienne could open the door for Arsenal target William Saliba to leave in the summer transfer window if a certain level of offer arrives.

Saliba, who recently extended his contract at Saint-Etienne until the summer of 2023, is expected to be in demand in the coming months.

Several clubs have been linked with an interest in Saliba, including Unai Emery's Arsenal.

Saint-Etienne are planning for the long term with Saliba, but it has been claimed Les Verts could let the teen talent go if a certain level of offer arrives.

According to Yahoo Sports France, Saint-Etienne could agree to sell the defender if a bid of €30m is made this summer.

If a €30m bid arrives, Saint-Etienne will open negotiations to let Saliba go.

Saliba has clocked 15 appearances in Ligue 1 for Saint-Etienne this season, enough to catch the eye of a number of clubs.

He has started Saint-Etienne's last six successive Ligue 1 games, a run which has seen Les Verts win five and lose just one.

It remains to be seen if Arsenal would be able to meet Saint-Etienne's asking price, with the Gunners' transfer budget likely to be restricted if they do not secure Champions League football.
