AC Milan have dropped a big hint they will not be keeping Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko by identifying Sassuolo midfielder Stefano Sensi as a potential replacement.

Bakayoko joined AC Milan on a season-long loan deal last summer and the Rossoneri have an option to make the move permanent for a fee of around €36m.

The Frenchman has been a major player for the Rossoneri this season, but AC Milan have been undecided about keeping him permanently.

The midfielder could return to Chelsea in the summer and in a big hint AC Milan have decided to send him on his way, they are claimed to have already moved for the player they want to replace Bakayoko with.

According to Italian dail Tuttosport, the Serie A giants have stepped up on their pursuit of Sassuolo midfielder Sensi and are likely to sign him soon.

The 23-year-old midfielder is expected to become AC Milan’s first summer signing and they are looking at him as a replacement for Bakayoko.
