Leeds United have not yet received a formal offer from Tottenham Hotspur for starlet Jack Clarke.

The Yorkshire giants may have to take difficult decisions in the transfer market this summer after missing out on a return to the Premier League.

Clarke impressed under Marcelo Bielsa at Elland Road this season and Tottenham have been claimed to have slapped in an offer of £10m for his services.

But, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds have not yet had a formal offer from the Premier League side for the 18-year-old.

However, Leeds are braced for an offer to arrive, as they face an uphill battle to keep hold of Clarke.

Tottenham have been monitoring the winger and have been left impressed by his development at Elland Road.

They now appear keen to do all they can to take him to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.

Leeds have Clarke under contract until 2021, but the Whites are a loss-making club and chairman Andrea Radrizzani has warned of a difficult summer ahead.
