Barcelona are pondering signing former Chelsea full back Jose Bosingwa, according to El Mundo Deportivo.
Bosingwa is a free agent after his contract at Stamford Bridge expired and is on the lookout for a new club.
The player’s representatives are thought to have sounded out Barcelona about their client and the Catalan outfit are considering whether the defender, who previously played for FC Porto, would be a worthwhile acquisition.
Bosingwa helped Chelsea to win the Champions League and FA Cup last season, but discovered there was no place for him at the Blues for 2012/13.
He is also thought to be under consideration by Italian champions Juventus.
