Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos has done his best to quash talk of any unhappiness on his part at the Allianz Arena.

Kroos, who is currently at the centre of much transfer speculation linking him with Manchester United, cut an extremely unhappy figure on Wednesday night.

Kroos was substituted during Bayern Munich's 2-1 Bundesliga win over Stuttgart, something which caused him to angrily throw his gloves at the bench and avoid looking at coach Pep Guardiola.

And with his situation a delicate one – a contract that expires in 2015 and no extension in sight yet – talk of a late transfer soon surfaced.

But Kroos insists he has no problem with life at Bayern Munich.

"I didn't expect that I would have to come off, but of course you have to accept that", he told Bild.

"In addition, I was simply annoyed about the fact that we were behind."

Kroos is expected to be hot property in the summer, if he does not sign an extension, as at that time his deal with the German champions will have just one year left to run.

And the midfielder could be coming off a successful World Cup with Germany.
