Chelsea are preparing an offer of around €8m for Manchester United linked Fluminense attacker Kenedy, it has been claimed.
Schooled at Fluminense’s youth academy, the versatile attacker has already attracted the attention of some of the top European clubs with his performances in Brazil.
AC Milan and Manchester United have long been tracking the youngster’s progress and it has been speculated that Inter Milan have already submitted a bid of around €7m plus bonuses for Kenedy, as a transfer scramble begins to develop.
However, Chelsea are the new players in the transfer saga and are keen to thrown their hat in the race for the 19-year-old attacker.
According to Brazilian outlet Globoesporte, Jose Mourinho is willing to part with around €8m to take the Brazilian Under-20 international to Stamford Bridge in the summer.
