According to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, the Italian champions are considering the possibility of signing Varane from Real Madrid in the summer.
The Frenchman is reportedly considering leaving the Spanish giants in order to seek a fresh challenge, but is yet to take a final call on whether he will find the exit door at the Bernabeu.
Juventus are alive to the situation and are prepared to make a move if they can get him at a good price.
Manchester United are also interested in Varane, but Real Madrid are plotting to offer him a new contract in order to hold on to him.
