Spanish side Alaves do not yet have an agreement in place with West Ham United striker Lucas Perez, who is also attracting interest from Real Betis.

Alaves want to sign Perez and have an agreement in place with West Ham, as they look to take the striker back to Spain.

But, according to Spanish daily AS, Alaves do not yet have an agreement with Perez, with the striker yet to give the green light to a move to Alaves.

And the West Ham star looks set to have other options, with several other sides claimed to be interested in him this summer.

One of his suitors are La Liga outfit Real Betis, and a move to Seville may prove to be more attractive for Perez.

The 30-year-old has a contract with West Ham running until the summer of 2021, but the Hammers are happy to see him depart.

Perez managed just 465 minutes of playing time in the Premier League for West Ham this season, scoring three goals.
