Newcastle United also have their eyes on Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur tracked teenage talent Francesco Camarda at AC Milan and have a project in mind for him.

The forward turned 16 over the weekend and is now eligible to sign the first professional contract of his career.

A product of the AC Milan academy, the Rossoneri are pushing to convince the attacker and his entourage to agree to sign the new deal.

However, there have been complications in the negotiations and it has led clubs in the Premier League to push to snare him away from AC Milan.

Manchester City, Tottenham and Arsenal have already obtained information on him and according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Newcastle are also in the fray.

The Magpies are prepared to try and sell a new project to the player to convince him to move to the north east of England.

It is suggested the project proposal would see him in the first team within two years.

Conversations between his agent and AC Milan have not been smooth but there is a will to keep Camarda at the San Siro.

If he signs a new deal now he could only put pen to paper on a contract until 2026 while he could sign a three-year contract in the summer.

For now, Camarda and AC Milan want to continue together and the club are hopeful that a deal will be in place in the coming weeks.
