Lazio are working on a deal to try and sign Celtic and West Ham target Fotis Ioannidis ahead of the summer transfer window.

 

The 24-year-old striker has been in good form this season, scoring 21 times in 39 appearances for Panathinaikos in all competitions.

 

His performances in Greece have attracted the attention of several clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

 

 

Celtic and West Ham are amongst the clubs who are interested in getting their hands on the forward in the coming months.

 

According to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com), Lazio are also interested in securing a deal for Ioannidis in the next window.

It has been claimed that the club are already working behind the scenes to set up a potential summer swoop.
