Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose is on Kaiserslautern’s wanted list, according to France Football. The Germany striker, who made a late substitute appearance for the Bundesliga giants against Manchester United in the Champions League last night, has struggled to find goals both domestically and at European level this season, leading many to believe his time with Bayern Munich may be coming to an end.

Kaiserslautern know Klose would prove to be a popular signing if they can secure his services, given that he began his career with the Rhineland club. Currently in the 2.Bundesliga, Kaiserslautern are six points clear at the top of the table and clearly planning for the top flight next season.

The 31-year-old striker is under contract at the Allianz Arena until 2011.
