FC Porto striker Falcao has admitted that he is flattered by talk of interest from English giants Chelsea and Spanish side Real Madrid, but is happy at the Portuguese club.

Falcao is known to be at the top of new Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas’ shopping list and with a €30M release clause in his contract there is little Porto could do to prevent the Colombian international moving to Stamford Bridge if the Blues produce the cash. While Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has also kept an eye on the prolific striker and may launch a swoop.

Indeed, one of Villas-Boas’ concerns when he was Porto boss was the possibility of losing Falcao this summer; although the Colombian’s striker partner Hulk’s release clause is €100M, Falcao’s €30M did not put the Portuguese club in the driving seat over his future.

"I know there is talk of interest and I’m proud and happy to see my name associated with such large clubs", admitted Falcao, before adding, "but I’m happy at FC Porto."

Falcao also stressed that he is focusing on the upcoming Copa America and, at present, plans to then return to prepare for the new season with Porto.

"The only thing I know right now is that after the Copa America I will begin preparing for the season with my club, with which I have a contract until 2014."
