In-demand Lille striker Moussa Sow has admitted that he could leave the Ligue 1 champions before the end of the season.

Sow has been linked with Arsenal and Inter, while Newcastle United are also keeping a close eye on proceedings at the French club.

The striker made headlines over the summer when claiming he would love to play for Arsenal or Real Madrid, but Lille were relieved at being able to keep hold of the 25-year-old.

Yet despite the summer transfer window closing and Lille hoping to enjoy some respite over the constant speculation swirling around the Senegal international, the chatter has not dimmed.

And attention is turning to the January transfer window when Arsenal, Inter and Newcastle could all submit bids for Sow.

It is a fact of which the striker, who finished as top scorer in last season’s Ligue 1, is no doubt aware as he confirmed that he could make no promises over his future.

"Only God knows what will happen in the future", said Sow.

"I know that when I’m playing for Lille I want to stay focused, but before the end of the season everything could change."

Sow is under contract to Rudi Garcia’s side until 2013, but a bid of €18M is widely expected to be good enough to secure his services.
