Two Hazard brothers were on the scoresheet for their respective clubs last night, leading Thorgan Hazard to salute the evening as a beautiful one for the family.

Eden Hazard scored for Chelsea in the Blues’ memorable 5-4 League Cup win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, while over in Belgium, Thorgan Hazard was finding the back of the net for Zulte Waregem in the club’s Jupiler Pro League clash.

Thorgan Hazard scored the second in Zulte Waregem’s 4-1 victory over Charleroi.

"It’s a beautiful evening for the Hazards!", exclaimed Thorgan Hazard after learning his brother had scored too.

"This will please the family", he added.

Thorgan Hazard, like his brother Eden, is also under contract to Chelsea.

Chelsea though felt that the 19-year-old would be better served by heading out for a season of first team football on loan.

Thorgan Hazard has so far made seven appearances for Zulte Waregem.

He is under contract with Chelsea until 2016 and is viewed as a bright prospect for the future.
