Spanish attacking midfielder Santi Cazorla has spoken about how he is loving life at Arsenal, having signed for the Gunners from Malaga over the summer.

Cazorla has made a big impact at the Emirates Stadium and helped the Gunners faithful to forget the departures of Alex Song and Robin van Persie.

The Spain international was once again in superb form last weekend, when he helped Arsenal to crush local rivals Tottenham Hotspur 5-2 in the Premier League.

Cazorla has been a big hit at the club and, he has revealed, the club has been a big hit with him too.

"It’s always a challenge as a footballer, to change the league you play in, try different things and integrate into another club", he told Arsenal’s official site.

"I took it as an opportunity, one to enjoy, and I’m relishing every moment. It hasn’t been difficult adapting, because the football here is so good and I’m very happy with how my few months in London have been."

And the skilful schemer pointed to the fact that manager Arsene Wenger has not been afraid to load responsibility on his shoulders, and give him confidence to carry out his role, as another reason for his happiness.

"I feel valued here. The manager gives me confidence, and within the team I have a responsibility that I love having.

"Little by little, I hope to keep improving and I hope to help the team as much as possible."

Cazorla will hope to help Arsenal put French champions Montpellier to the sword in the Champions League this evening.

The Spaniard could yet meet his old club, Malaga, in the knockout stage.
