AC Milan midfielder Urby Emanuelson, on loan at Fulham, has admitted that the Cottagers were unlucky to lose by three goals against Chelsea in the Premier League last night.

Chelsea were two goals up in the first half, courtesy of defenders David Luiz and John Terry. Another from the England centre-back in the second half gave the Blues a comfortable three-goal lead at Craven Cottage.

“We played well in the first half and there is a bad feeling about the goals we got against us. We had our chances, we played well, but we were unlucky”, the Dutch international told Fulham’s official site.

“We created a lot of chances for ourselves but we missed a little bit of luck and in the end we lost 3-0, and as a team you don’t feel happy about it.”

The 26-year-old was also amazed with the superb strike from Chelsea centre-back David Luiz in the first-half, as the ball went all the way into the net with full force 30 yards from goal.

“The shot from Luiz was great. [I] have nothing but applause for it. He is a great player, and he showed. But for us it was killer as we were playing well and we got a goal like that against us, that hurts.”

The Cottagers now take on fourth-placed Arsenal this Saturday in the Premier League. The Gunners lead them by 20 points in the standings.
