AC Milan forward Robinho has urged his side to commit less mistakes and blunders as they hope to seal a place in the Champions League next season.

The Rossoneri failed to win against league leaders Juventus on Sunday, and as a result are just one point ahead of Fiorentina in the league table. Massimiliano Allgri’s side are in third position with 59 points.

“It’s time for Milan to do away with mistakes and blunders. Now there is no more room for mistakes”, the Brazil international told his club’s official site.

"Our goal is to ensure a place in the Champions League next year and I believe it is possible, but we’ll have to be more effective.”

Milan have five games to go and they start their run-in against Catania at the San Siro this Sunday. The 29-year-old also believes that Milan’s Champions League dream can still be achieved.

“I believe that if we prepare our remaining matches more closely we can still get there.”

And Robinho feels in good form and is ready to be a key figure in the club’s remaining matches.

“I feel good and want to be at the peak of my form, both physically and mentally, and I hope to be decisive in helping Milan.”

Robinho has scored just two times from 23 club appearances this season.
