Juventus have announced the signing of Carlos Tevez from Manchester City.

The Argentine striker had attended a medical with the Italian champions earlier today, following the agreement of a fee with Manchester City for his services.

And Tevez has come through with flying colours, putting pen to paper on a contract with Antonio Conte’s men.

Tevez had just one year remaining on his contract at the Etihad Stadium.

And the former Manchester United man had been keen to move on, rather than pen an extension.

Now he continues his career at Juventus, who won the Serie A title last season, and have made the Champions League a priority for the new campaign.

It is the first time the Argentine will have played his football in Europe for any other club than an English team, following spells at West Ham, Manchester United and Manchester City.
