Arsenal are ready to improve their offer to buy Luis Suarez from Liverpool.

According to Italian news agency ANSA, the Gunners are keen to continue pushing to sign Suarez from their Premier League rivals, aware that the Uruguayan is desperate to exit Anfield this summer, and will make a new bid for the player.

Suarez had claimed that he wanted to leave England, due to what he felt was unfair treatment from the country’s media.

However, the former Ajax man is now understood to be willing to remain in the Premier League, with playing in the Champions League his top priority.
