In-demand left-back Guilherme Siqueira has decided to take his time over planning his next move, with Real Madrid’s interest having given the Brazilian pause for thought, according to Spanish daily El Confidencial.

The Granada defender has attracted interest from Liverpool, Galatasaray and Everton, in addition to Real Madrid, while Swansea are also believed to be keeping tabs on the player’s situation.

Siqueira earned rave reviews for his consistent performances in La Liga with Granada last season, but the club are thought to be willing to part with the left-back for around €8m.

The 27-year-old penned a new contract with Granada last summer, signing on at the club until 2017, with a buy-out clause set at €25m.

Now Siqueira is determined to take his time on a departure, not least because Real Madrid may wait themselves before submitting an official bid.

Los Blancos are aiming to offload Fabio Coentrao, a player they have slapped a €15m asking price on.

Should Real Madrid drag their feet however, Siqueira may opt to head elsewhere.
