Barcelona have announced the signing of winger Cristian Tello to a new contract at the club.
The Spanish champions have been in talks with the 21-year-old over extending his deal and increasing his buy-out clause – and now Tello has put pen to paper.
Tello’s new contract at the Camp Nou will run until the summer of 2018 and his buy-out clause has jumped to €25m.
The winger featured 22 times in La Liga for Barcelona last season, scoring seven goals in the process.

He is hoping for more playing time in the new campaign, under coach Gerardo Martino.
Tello has attracted interest from a number of clubs over the last 12 months, including English Premier League giants Liverpool.
Barcelona will now be happy to have secured the player at the Camp Nou for another five years.
