Monaco have announced they will not be challenging the French Football Federation's decision to uphold the behind-closed-doors game punishment after their points penalty was struck down.
Monaco had appealed against being docked three points – one suspended – for the 2013/14 season for their supporters' behaviour from back in May.
The FFF higher appeals body today withdrew the points-deduction, which means Monaco are back on level terms in Ligue 1.
However, the ruling to have Monaco play a home game to an empty stadium still stands which means Toulouse will be playing behind closed doors at the Stade Louis II on 23rd August.

And the cash-rich club are happy with today's verdicts, saying in a statement: "The club has decided to stick to this decision of the Superior Board of Appeal and not challenge it.
"Accordingly, the club withdraws its appeal to the [French National Olympic Committee].
"The club is pleased with the cancellation of the suspended three-point deduction and was informed of the sanction of a match behind closed doors for the meeting between Monaco and Toulouse."
