Roma have recorded the best ever start to a Serie A season after beating Udinese 1-0 away from home.

The Giallorossi have now won all nine of their games this season and sit top of the table with 27 points to their name.

It was not all smooth sailing for Roma at Udinese, when former Manchester City defender Maicon was sent off just after the hour mark.

However, American midfielder Michael Bradley found the back of the net with an 82nd minute goal.
