Sebastian Giovinco's agent has stamped on talk that his client is on his way out of Juventus, with Liverpool and Parma lurking for a player nicknamed the "atomic ant".

The playmaker returned to boyhood club Juventus from a successful stint at Parma in 2012 with his heart set on establishing himself with the Bianconeri.

Following over 30 Serie A appearances last term for Antonio Conte's men, this season is showing signs of becoming a campaign of fringe status for the creative schemer.

Indeed, Giovinco is increasingly being viewed as an impact substitute, having started just twice in Serie A, while he has yet to be given any Champions League start at all.

And speculation of a switch to Liverpool or a return to Parma has been rife. But that is wide of the mark, it has been claimed.

"I have not spoken to either Parma or Liverpool, or any other club he has been associated with in the past", Giovinco's agent Andrea D'Amico told Tutto Mercato.

"Right now Sebastian is thinking only about Juventus and I see no reason why he should leave the club.

"He has had some problems with injuries since his goal against Milan, but we hope he will be back soon."

Giovinco's contract at Juventus runs until 2015.
