D-Day is approaching for young Barcelona sensation Tonny Sanabria, with Arsenal, Roma and Juventus eagerly awaiting the Paraguayan's decision.

Sanabria's current contract at Barcelona expires next summer and the striker is undecided on penning a new deal, despite the Catalans being keen for him to do just that.

According to Tutto Mercato, Sanabria has indicated that he expects to make a decision on his future by the end of this week, Saturday at the latest, and will then communicate that to his representatives.

Sanabria has hugely impressed this season and has bagged four goals in just three UEFA Youth League games.

The 17-year-old's performances have caught the eye of Arsenal, famed for their development of young players, Roma, who would love to welcome Sanabria to the Italian capital, and Juventus, keen for another youth talent coup to follow up Paul Pogba in 2012.

Barcelona remain keen to keep hold of Sanabria, but the Spanish champions' policy on starlets dictates that the Paraguayan could earn far more money if he chose to continue his development away from the Camp Nou.
