Marseille midfielder Mathieu Valbuena could yet realise his dream of playing outside of France, with the club willing to sell him for the "right offer".

Valbuena had, in mid-January, expressed a desire to try his hand in either of four countries – England, Germany, Italy and Spain.

While he still maintains he will continue at Marseille until the end of the season, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Liverpool are known to be keen on him for June.

Valbuena has served Marseille for more than seven years now and the club are mindful of the debt of gratitude.

Marseille interim coach Jose Anigo told Le 10 Sport: "If we receive a good offer, we won’t force him to stay. He has given a lot to our club so if he wants to he can leave."

However, the 29-year-old is taking a more tactful approach at present, especially with the World Cup round the corner.

"I cannot say that this is my last season here", he explained. "

Today, I did not want to talk about my future, I think it's too early. Do not put the cart before the horse.

"I still have goals to accomplish with OM, and after that there will be a World Cup with France where I feel good, where people have confidence in me."
