A transfer scramble is threatening to break out for the services of promising Udinese goalkeeper Simone Scuffet.

Just 17 years old, Scuffet is interesting Arsenal and Roma while, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have now also joined the race, asking Udinese for information about Scuffet's availability.

The young goalkeeper made his Serie A debut for Udinese just last month, turning out against Bologna, a game his side won 2-0.

It remains to be seen whether Udinese will be able to count on Scuffet for too many more Serie A appearances however, given the now intense interest in his services.

A product of the Udinese youth system, Scuffet has also seen his potential recognised at international level.

He has turned out for Italy's Under-17s and Under-18s.

Scuffet is even being considered for a spot in Italy's World Cup squad by national team coach Cesare Prandelli.
