Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that Samuel Eto'o has picked up a hamstring injury during today's 6-0 victory over Arsenal in the Premier League.

Eto'o scored Chelsea's first goal at Stamford Bridge, striking with just five minutes on the clock and setting the pattern of the match which saw the Blues dominate.

The Cameroonian was forced off in the tenth minute, being replaced by Spaniard Fernando Torres.

Questioned about the striker's injury, Mourinho said via his club's feed: "Eto'o has a muscle injury.

"He thinks it is not a big one, but a hamstring is still a hamstring."

Mourinho will be crossing his fingers that Eto'o is not out for a lengthy period, as Chelsea battle for the Premier League title and also shape up for a Champions League quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain.
