Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette has moved to cool transfer talk surrounding him, insisting he is in no rush to leave the Stade Gerland.

Lacazette was the subject of interest from Arsenal in the January transfer window, while Tottenham Hotspur and Roma have since been linked with the 22-year-old.

Lyon are not keen to sell the young talent however and will surely be boosted by the Frenchman's desire to stay put.

"For now, there is no reason why I should leave", Lacazette told Telefoot when asked about transfer speculation linking him with a move.

"Contrary to what I've read, I feel very happy at Lyon.

"I do not have the desire to depart today.

"I am fine at the club and I do not want to leave."

Lacazette has scored 13 goals in Ligue 1 for Lyon in the current campaign and is under contract with Les Gones until the summer of 2016.
