Claudio Ranieri has declared himself pleased after his Monaco side put Nantes to the sword by three goals to one in Ligue 1 yesterday.

Bidding to secure second spot in the table and a Champions League place for next season, Monaco took the lead through James Rodriguez in the 18th minute before Andre Raggi doubled the side's lead in the 72nd minute.

"I am satisfied with the performance."

Monaco are next in action away at Rennes as they bid to continue their bid to collect as many points as possible this term.
