Arsene Wenger believes his Arsenal players put in positive individual performances all over the pitch against Hull City earlier today.

Arsenal ran out comfortable 3-0 winners at the KC Stadium through a brace from Lukas Podolski, which followed an Aaron Ramsey opener.

Wenger's side have now taken a firm grip of fourth place in the Premier League, ensuring they would stay above Everton no matter the Toffees' result against Manchester United.

The Frenchman, who is looking forward to his side facing Hull again in the FA Cup final next month, is pleased with what his team produced on the pitch.

"It was a big win. I think the first half was very physical and played at a very high pace where our defenders needed to be very strong in the air on crosses", Wenger said via his club's site.

"I believe as well that we looked dangerous when we went into their half and took advantage of that.

"In the second half when we scored the third goal it looked like we completely controlled the game.

"Overall it was a positive performance because I think if you look at our individual performances all over the pitch they were good."
