Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are amongst 20 clubs to have breached UEFA's financial fair play (FFP) rules, according to multiple reports.

UEFA has identified 20 clubs who have breached European football's governing body's FFP rules and the organisation's financial control board have made settlement offers to all the concerned parties.

Those clubs will now have to decide whether to meet UEFA's proposed settlements.

If the affected clubs decide not to agree to the settlement, the case will go to an adjudicatory panel for a final decision to then be made.

What settlements have been offered to the clubs deemed to have breached FFP rules are not known.

UEFA's ultimate sanction involves banning clubs from European competition, though it is unlikely such a punishment will be dished out to any of the 20 clubs.
