Marko Marin has revealed that Chelsea and Sevilla are poised for a tug-of-war over his services this coming summer.

Chelsea sent Marin on loan to Sevilla for the season last summer, with the Germany winger quickly adapting to life in Spain and proving to be a valuable acquisition for Los Rojiblancos.

Sevilla want to keep Marin into 2014/15, but the former Werder Bremen man believes Chelsea want him back at Stamford Bridge.

"Sevilla would like me to stay here, but in England they say they would like me to go to Chelsea", Marin explained to the DPA.

"Until now nothing has been decided. We will discuss it at the end of the season."

Marin, who joined Chelsea in the summer of 2012, has made 17 appearances in La Liga for Sevilla so far this season, providing five assists for his team-mates.

He has also made ten appearances in the club's Europa League run, a figure that will surely increase later this month when Sevilla meet Benfica in the final in Turin.
