Danish starlet Andreas Christensen insists he has no plans to leave Chelsea and wants to eventually reach the first team at the Blues.

There has been much speculation that the tall central defender would seek an exit from Stamford Bridge this summer, with his father suggesting his son would be better leaving Chelsea permanently than being shipped out on loan.

But Christensen claims he is not plotting a way out of Chelsea and is willing to listen to plans the club have informed him they have in place.

"I asked before I went on holiday what plans they have for me, and they said they have some ideas", Christensen told Bold.

"I have not been told what ideas they have, but I will be told during the off-season.

"The ideal would be to be brought up to the first team squad, but if they have an idea that I am going out on loan and I like it, if that's what it takes, so that I can eventually reach the first team….

"But I'd rather be at Chelsea and work and fight."

And Christensen insists he has no plans to end his association with Jose Mourinho's men.

"We have not given any ultimatum to the club. I have absolutely no plans to leave Chelsea."
