Olivier Giroud has confirmed that talks are under way between himself and Arsenal about an extension to his existing deal with the Gunners.

Giroud joined Arsenal in 2012 from then-Ligue 1 champions Montpellier and still has two years left on his current contract.

Arsene Wenger is happy with his performance at the Emirates Stadium and is willing to give the 27-year-old an extension to his current contract.
