Tottenham Hotspur will want as much as €25m to sell Hugo Lloris this summer, with the goalkeeper set to struggle to refuse an offer from a club that can offer Champions League football, according to France state broadcaster France Televisions.

Lloris shone at White Hart Lane this season, even as Spurs endured a troubled campaign which saw Andre Villas-Boas sacked in December and Tim Sherwood shown the door following the end of the season.

The France goalkeeper could increase his stock still further at the World Cup this summer, but a number of clubs are already convinced Lloris is the reinforcement they need, not least wealthy principality side Monaco.

Spurs are well aware that the former Lyon custodian is a wanted man and will look for a minimum of €25m to even begin to consider his departure.

Lloris could yet push to leave, with the goalkeeper longing to play Champions League football again, a feat which has eluded him at White Hart Lane thus far.

The 27-year-old regularly sampled Champions League football with Lyon between 2008 and 2012, but the competition has been a stranger since he joined Tottenham.

Lloris' contract at Spurs runs until 2016.
