Athletic Bilbao’s Aymeric Laporte admits that being linked with a big club like Bayern Munich is flattering for him, but he hasn’t considered the option of moving until now.
The 20-year-old’s performance for Athletic Bilbao this season has turned the heads of a number of big European clubs towards the Frenchman.
Bayern Munich have extensively scouted the central defender this season and have been impressed with his performances.
It is believed the Bavarians are already planning to bring the young central defender to Munich this summer.

The Frenchman has remained calm about the speculation surrounding him but admits that being linked to big clubs is flattering for him.
"It's a dream, Bayern is one of the best teams in the world. But I'm in Bilbao and I have a buyout clause of €36m”, the 20-year-old told L’Equipe.
“Would I consider the option of leaving? I will think, but for now I am calm.”
Aymeric clocked up 38 appearances for Athletic Bilbao this season and even scored two goals for the Basque side.
