Everton manager Roberto Martinez is weighing up making an offer for Feyenoord defensive pair Stefan de Vrij and Bruno Martins Indi.

Martinez is currently in Brazil to watch the World Cup and has been an extremely interested observer of the Netherlands' training sessions.

Both De Vrij and Martins Indi are a vital part of coach Louis van Gaal's side, both playing in the Netherlands' 5-1 routing of Spain on Friday.

De Vrij has already been linked with Manchester United, who Van Gaal will manage after the World Cup, and Lazio, while Martins Indi also has a number of admirers.

According to Dutch daily De Telegraaf, Martinez is eyeing taking the pair to Everton for next season.
