Marouane Fellaini has played down speculation he could leave Manchester United this summer, but admitted his future is in new manager Louis van Gaal's hands.

The former Everton midfielder is currently at the World Cup with Belgium and scored his country's first goal in their 2-1 win over Algeria, in their opening group game.

Fellaini's performance was widely praised, but the Belgian waved away any thoughts he is using the shop window of the World Cup to put himself in the limelight for interested clubs.

"No, not at all", he told Sporza.

"I am not here playing for a transfer."
