Inter Milan target Stevan Jovetic has stressed that he has no plans to leave Manchester City this summer.

Jovetic joined the Citizens last summer from Fiorentina for a transfer fee of £23m on a five-year contract.

The Montenegrin struggled in his first season in England and only made 18 appearances for the English champions last season.

Inter have shown an interest in the 24-year-old and are keen to bring him back to Italy.

However, the former Fiorentina man has ruled out any transfer from Manchester City this summer.

“I am not thinking of leaving Manchester City”, Jovetic told new agency Anadolu.

The Montenegrin forward is looking to make a strong comeback next season after an injury stricken last season.

“I had so many injuries last year which affected my season.

“I am ready to put it all behind me, get back into shape for the new season and score a lot of goals.”
