Cesare Prandelli is in talks to become the next manager at Turkish giants Galatasaray.

Prandelli resigned from his post of Italian national team manager last month after they were knocked out of the World Cup in the group stage.

Galatasaray also lost their manager recently, when Roberto Mancini decided to leave this summer after just one season at the helm.

Former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes is also in contention to take over at the Turk Telekom Arena, and was in Turkey earlier last month to thrash out a deal.

However, Prandelli has emerged as the new favourite to take over the post at Galatasaray, according to Sky Italia.
