Former Italy coach Cesare Prandelli is only just settling into his job as Galatasaray boss, but already the 56-year-old is being offered players.

One of those Prandelli has been offered is former Celtic striker Giorgios Samaras, who has been without a club since his contract with the Scottish champions expired at the end of last month.

According to Tutto Mercato, Samaras is one of three players, including former Rubin Kazan midfielder Natcho and Brazilian defender Rhodolfo, who have been offered to Galatasaray.

It remains to be seen whether Prandelli will give the green light for the Istanbul giants to present a contract proposal to any of the trio.

Samaras most recently turned out for Greece at the World Cup, helping the side reach the last 16 of the tournament.
