Ivory Coast right-back Serge Aurier has admitted the Premier League is his dream, but has cautioned against believing transfer talk surrounding him, pointing out he was said to have already signed for Arsenal earlier this summer.

The Gunners are snapping up Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle to fill their right-back slot, Bacary Sagna having left for Manchester City, with the France international preferred to Aurier.

That means Aurier's Premier League dream may have to wait, but the defender is happy to move from Toulouse to another club in Ligue 1, especially if Paris Saint-Germain or Monaco come calling.

"I was told that I had agreed with Arsenal, that I had already signed…..This is not true", the full-back, who starred with the Ivory Coast at the World Cup, explained to Foot Mercato.

"I am free to talk to clubs that come forward.
