Arsenal have competition in their attempts to sign Nice goalkeeper David Ospina.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been closing in on the Colombia shot-stopper, as he seeks to provide current number 1 Wojciech Szczesny with competition in the new campaign.

But Ospina has options other than Arsenal, with three offers on the table apart from the Gunners, according to French sports daily L'Equipe.

Ospina has two offers from Spain, one coming from Valencia, while he also has an offer on the table from a club in Mexico.

The 25-year-old further boosted his stock at this summer's World Cup with Colombia.
